Rhythm Distribution Acquires Luxman America
February 11, 2025—Rhythm Distribution is proud to announce that it has acquired the assets of Luxman America, Inc. and secured exclusive distribution rights for Luxman Corporation's high-end audio products in North America.For over eight years, Luxman America has flourished under the leadership of principal Jeff Sigmund, establishing the brand's premium position in the region. After thoughtful consideration, Mr. Sigmund and his team have chosen Rhythm Distribution to lead the next chapter of Luxman's legacy in North America.
