Interesting that those bending wave 8 inch midranges now look like conventional cone drivers rather than panels. They aren't dipole?
The midranges are NOT Bending Wave Drivers as the Divin speakers are a different series of product. Oliver uses much of what he has developed in the process of making this series but they use dynamic drives and are not dipoles. BTW the Bending Wave driver is NOT a Dipole either.
The Epoque series of speakers are the only ones that use a stiff Bending Wave Full range driver. Those are not featured in this video nor will be shown this year at Axpona. You can check out the Gobel High End website or Bending Wave USA website for further technical details.
