Does someone have an extra SME 3012R arm board template they could sell to me? The arm I bought most recently did not come with one.

TIA.

Thank you for the offer. My machinist needs the pivot part to be exact so he can cut out the oval and tap the holes. I am nervous not having an original.

Well, I had to correct my previous post - perhaps due to time my original template schrunk and is now slightly shorter ~ .5 mm shorter than the distance given in the manual. I preferred to use this information and the mounting plate to cut the oval and drilling the holes. But this distance is not critical, although the holes alignment is very critical, otherwise they will affect the grommets function.

When I had my first arm board cut I taped the template to the metal and they used that to do all the work. That process worked very well so I think I am best off trying to repeat it.

Clearly what you did worked well too!
