The new C500 Concept Speakers by Burmester Audio!
To Summarize, the speakers weigh in at 500 kilos. The main and most interesting feature is the "Pure Mode" or Audiophile Mode and the "Party Mode" or Live Mode. In Pure mode the Bass Drivers are in a 3-way bass reflex side firing system that feature the more standard set-up for an audiophile in the seated position.
In Party mode, the front panel comes forward and slightly up, and the side drivers are swung out 90 degrees and face forward giving the full force of the speakers directly into your "party." To give you a sense of how powerful they are every time there was a demo, the entire Atrium would vibrate.
Not a whole lot has been released about it, you can read our article here which goes over a little bit more, but with the speakers still in concept and prototype phase there are no good specifications to be released yet.
