First-in-human trial for regenerative cell therapy for sensorineural hearing loss approved
Rinri Therapeutics, a world leading spinout company from the University of Sheffield dedicated to transforming sensorineural hearing loss (SNHL) with regenerative cell therapy, has received approval to begin its first-in-human clinical trial.
Sadly, not a bit surprised that the UK are on the way to beating out the Dumbericans, given those frauds at Frequency Therapeutics, and all the talking heads at Stanford, Harvard, RIT and Lilly.
Sure, last year Harvard's Chen Lab supervised the procedure which restored nearly or all of of an 11 year-old's hearing in 4 weeks!!!. But that's hardly the most common cause of hearing loss, even among young people. Rinri's kind of commitment-to say nothing of what they are on the verge of offering to > 500 million-is about the most precious gift many could ever ask for, certainly among those like us.
Think positive and stay informed.
