In my family the "Vacation" series of movies have become almost a tradition to watch at Thanksgiving. In fact we have watched Christmas Vacation at Thanksgiving for well over 25 years. In fact I would safely say that we know the dialog with each new joke.
Well along comes a remake of Summer Vacation which is brilliant inasmuch as it stars Ed Helms as an adult Rusty with Chevy Chase now playing the father. This is very witty but so also quite risqué
Below is a "red band" , not a standard "green band trailer". IOW this is from the movie but not the approved trailer
Nonetheless if you aren't bothered by some of the raunchiness and suggestiveness this is very funny. In fact, maybe it was just me but parts of it had me howling with laughter.
I hope you enjoy. I plan to see this one and perhaps my kids will show it every Thanksgiving as part of their tradition
