---Yeah Amir, move, to Canada! Here there ain't no potholes, no ditches, nothing to fix, to cut; just pristine forests, jungles, and everything has its place. :b

Not everyone mind you, but some people are working on that fix as we speak. :b

Anyway, you're very welcome here and you won't need any tractor or golf cart (we have private chauffeurs and gardeners for that). And it's free; all under the free people's exchanges agreement (you give some, you get some). :b ...Free trade? ;)

* Don't buy any extended warranty; it's just money thrown into their pockets and that is directly coming out of your own pocket.
...A realistic way to look at it. ...Just look at our audio businesses; the good companies, you ain't need no extra warranty, and the bad companies, well, why are you even contemplating them in the first place, for the extended warranties that they charged you for?

You're a smart man Amir, I'm a bit surprised. But then, you asked smart advice to a smart member, Matt.
So all is good at the end. :b

Bob, the obstacles I talked about are on our own private property! It is a pasture that used to have a horse barn in it and such that was removed by the previous owner. It has tall grass which I have to mow from time to time. But before I do, you can easily fall in some nasty ones. If the Candian government wants to donate like property to me in Vancouver area, I would definitely take it off their hands :).

As I noted, I am usually dead set against such warranties. In this case though, it seemed to be pretty low amount relative to the cost of the unit.

---I know, I was just kidding, with an emphasis on exaggeration. :b

* As for that extended warranty; you're on your own on this one, but you already know that so ...
