I was having some system hangs using my office system MBP while streaming from my NAS or streaming service. I would lose my network connection from my router occasionally with full signal strength showing. Only the wireless band would stop, not the wired. In admin advanced mode, I was able to adjust the transmit setting power output. I dropped it down to 75% ... I still get full signal throughout the house and no dropouts or hangs anymore. Im guessing that max power must have been having some transmit distortion going on.. It’s been a few months with no issues.. Thought this might possibly help overall Signal quality or other unexplained WiFi issues.
