Hi there,

I work at an auditorium that currently uses the Beyerdynamic Opus 600 Wireless Microphone System. Our setup is as follows:

- an unknown number of antennas above the stage or elswhere in the auditorium
- 1 UHF Antenna Splitter (Opus ZAS 800)
- 3 UHF True Diversity Receiver (Opus NE 600 D) connected to a Yamaha LS9-32 digital mixing console
- 5 BeltPack Transmitters (Opus TS 600), with Beyerdynamic TG H54c microphones

We are experiencing two types of problems:
a) Some microphones only pick up the sound when very close (~5cm) to the mouth. Sometimes, the same microphones can pick up the sound, although intermittently, when located farther from the mouth.
b) When there are two microphones on stage, usually 3 feet apart, there is a very loud high pitched constant buzzing noise.

Why is this happening, what could we do pinpoint what isn't working correctly and how could we fix these problems?

Thank you,
