Hi there everyone, I see many familiar faces and names in the crowd from my visits on other forums.

I'm a long-term audiophile, going back to grade school, I'd fiddle with gear, build heathkits and in general get into trouble with my dad for 'modding' the stereo.
Fast forward 30 years, and I finally was able to build my custom home around my audio room, which was custom designed to my MartinLogan speaker setup.

I document the details of all that pretty well at my site, and on my system posting at the MartinLogan owners Club.

As you might see from those sites, I'm deeply into getting the absolute best out of the gear, and ensuring that the space is as tuned as the rest of the gear.

My knowledge of acoustics, specifically as it applies to tuning a room to large dipole line sources, has increased a good bit in the past decade, and I try and share as much of that as I can with my fellow travelers.

I'm also into the awesome capabilities of my Denon AVP preamp, which even two years after it came out, is still a benchmark piece in my view. So much so, I co-founded a Wiki Site dedicated to supporting that community as well.

My day job is CEO of a startup called Rover Apps. We’re focused on serving the needs of mobile business users. If you have an iPhone, go check it out.

Look forward to hanging and chilling here when I can.

BTW- Xstatic is the name of my Home Theater ;)

You don't happen to have owned real Xstatic speakers did you? Most people don't know they existed.
