Banshee Season 4-The Final Season

As always with Banshee just when you think you've seen it all along comes the next episode only to dispel that notion.

The final season is truly leaving nothing to the imagination.

Welcome back Job!

Calvin is on a mission and it would seem he's not going to be producing the 3 tons of drugs for Kai. So already one of the subplots is apparently coming to resolution. I fear for Carrie who is on a hell bent mission to destroy all of Kai's facilities

The serial killer now that we see him looks to be suffering from neurofibromatosis.

Tough to realize this is the final season. I can only imaginer the final episode how it's all going to end

Burton almost took his glasses off last week

The ice pick was truly chilling and stunning.

Burton reminds me of Ernie Johnson the basketball commentator and Hood reminds me of Kevin Love. :D

I seriously thought Clay was going to cut off the horses head with the chainsaw :p

That probably was their intention. I'm kind of disappointed that he didn't, they're wussing out in Banshee!

Well not only do the plot(s) thicken but everything is coming together very quickly. I thought this episode was terrific as the tension mounts. Who's going to live and who's going to die

Carrie vs Kai
Kai vs Calvin
Calvin vs his brother
Kai deputy sheriff taking on Carrie
Hood trying to find peace in his life and an answer as to who murdered Rebecca. He knows now but finding him is not so easy

We all know who the serial murderer is and my mistake thinking that he was afflicted with neurofibromatosis. Rather the creep had a crooked plastic surgeon insert horns in his forehead to portray the devil.

Finally without giving too much away we find Sheriff Brock Lotus as well as FBI agent Veronica Dawson in dire straits

Oh and Job's alter ego has returned, thankfully

Is she also a love interest?

Let's just say that Hood has romanced every girl in Banshee and found Rebecca was pregnant with his kid. The one he really loved however was Deputy Siobhan Kelly whose life unfortunately came to an end at the hands of Chayton Littlestone who broke her neck in front of Hood

Well this week's episode solved one problem all too quickly as the series finale (yes, can you believe that) is next Friday. The preview left nothing to the imagination as it comes down to

Kai and the Nazi's

Carrie and Kai (she has her psychologist's blessing to "finish it")

Calvin vs his brother the deputy sheriff

Job vs his nemeses (seems to have gotten settled this week and Job looked fantastic)

Hood vs his fate

Carrie vs her demons and her ongoing love of Hood

And finally at the end of this episode there is a final scene which shows a body lying in the morgue and one wonders if this person could really be alive. Tell me it isn't so

All this in one final episode. I'm out of breath just thinking about it

Well, it came together all very nicely. Great finale!

IMO one of the best series finales I've ever seen

Literally everything was brought to a well deserved finale.Without question IMO one of the best action packed series I've ever seen

The guy who played Calvin I thought did his role incredibly good

And poor Rebecca

as for Kai Proctor, it reminded me of the ending of Scarface with Al Pacino

Jonathan Tropper I thought not only was wise to end it all here but did it in perfect fashion.

I loved the exit scenes of Tropper and all of the cast at the end

I was just telling a friend of mine I thought it was the best series finale I have seen.

They closed all issues, to my satisfaction I might add and no BS where you have to interpret what the writer might be intending.

I have it recorded and plan on watching it again.

Very sorry to see Banshee go but I certainly think they went out on top.

Yeah...I'm going through Banshee withdrawal. There is nothing to fill the void. When does Ray Donovan startup again ? How about True Detective on HBO ?

Yes..Proctor watching the surveillance cams of his demise arriving was very Scarface-esque.
