Hey guys,
I see that there has been some great discussions around our range of turntables.
Zerostar, I am truly sorry that you had some issues with our product, I am not sure if you have heard our product with the new TITAN controller, but I am sure that someone such as yourself would...
To move onto the advantages of a single point cantilevered system is also simple, we have now createtwo effective arcs which we can translate to a Euclidean model for aligning the arm perfectly, we have one reference.
In a situation where we have 2 fixed points we are unable to create a freedom...
No I think I understand your point.
you are stating that the cross beam being supported at either end is more stable than a cantilever design.
So to clarify in reality a cantilever is an overturning moment in affect. We achieve mechanical advantage over this moment quite easily, by increasing...
Hej,
I do not understand the point. I go with Archimedes here to say that if you give me a lever long enough and a fulcrum in which to place it, and I will move the world.
leverage is leverage, inertial reference is inertial reference, mass is mass and gravity is gravity!
if the fulcrum is...
Hej,
I am genuinely interested on your thoughts here, as to stability and how increasing movement in several axis would add stability.
If I have understood your post correctly.

That is good, like I said I cannot comment on other systems, nor your knowledge, only what I know is immutable.
The image of the air bushing, is that a porous material on the internal diameter?
If so it is also of note that VYGER does not use porous materials in their air bearings or bushings...
I would respectfully disagree with the premise of this.
In distributive analysis dust particles have a large distributive range of around 0.5 to 100 micron with most in excess of 10 micron. The vision arm fluid layer is approximately 10 microns, which prevents a large amount of particulate...
Hej Johan,
As for the commercial availability this question would be put to Pino, but as to the application of the Titan with any pneumatic system, the answer is yes, it can be applied to any, with the caveat that the system would not need more that around 6 bar to operate including any loses...
Enrico is like family to me. I can tell you this one thing, all of him is in that cable, his passion for this is unrivalled and it is reflected in his work and the outcome.
Enjoy his hard work, he would not want it any other way
I figured it may be ok for someone from Vyger to chime in on the conversation.
First off, I would like to thank everyone for their kind words and support, especially Aviad, Bob, Roger, Ked and Ron (sorry if I forgot anyone, it is all love), without the support of which it would not have...
I would like to thank everyone that came to the VYGER room, you may or may not have seen me, being a massive introvert I spent a lot of time hiding in my room but I did venture out to see the other systems and it is quite humbling to see and hear such an assembly of creative geniuses building...
I had made a similar system before.
However I used proportional valves to control and maintain the air at constant and JUN-AIR compressor.
I used a laminar flow filter to rid the smell of oil and it had very low condensate via a condensing tank.
It used a similar algorithm as the titan but...
Ah ok.. I shall slowly back away from the Valium!
My mind was blown, 45 psi is 3 atmospheres there about, our system would not like that, and speaking of condensate density at 3.1B/310 kPA is quite a load.
If you do not mind me asking, are you using driers to manage this?
Kiitos
