    Munich HighEnd 2024

I haven't heard the room so can't comment. I am confident based on your other preferences you'd love WVL in practice. Maybe not the right amp pairing for your taste? You could also ask them to dial the field coil current back a touch to easily reclaim some of that body and punch. They're...

    40+ watts SET

Trafomatic Pandora (https://www.trafomaticaudio.com/products/pandora/?portfolioCats=12) offers 40 watts from directly heated triodes but in a push/pull design. I'd wager you'll prefer that configuration on the TADs more than a true SET.

    Please recommend some Monoblock Amps

Agree here. For your speakers you should focus on purity instead of a more traditional high power design. The Valvet suggestion above is a good one, and you might also consider the Konus Audio Robusto 3000 monos (http://www.konus-audio.com/robusto.html). 33 watts/channel, class AB, alive. Heads...

    System for Under US$10,000 MSRP

Sounds great on e.g. 91dB 1watt/1 meter 4 ohm nominal speakers I carry, if that helps. Surprisingly good bass. All my lines are high(er) efficiency, but if you're considering a 33 watt/channel amp as a reasonable choice for a set of speakers then I think you'll be in business.

    System for Under US$10,000 MSRP

Lovely little solid state amplifier that sounds good on speakers that typically enjoy valves.

    System for Under US$10,000 MSRP

Hi Ron, this is a fun topic. Caveats: 1) these are separate pieces, 2) you didn't ask me (apologies): The Konus Audio Integrale 1000 (http://www.konus-audio.com/integrale-1000.html) and Vinyle 500 MM (http://www.konus-audio.com/vinyle-500mm.html) are super good and in budget. The amp is 33...

"Downgrading" from a Nagra Tube DAC to a Lampi Pac, or a Neodio Origine S2.

The Neodio is excellent but unfortunately no longer in production.
