One of my best friends back in Glasgow loved this band. Mark had good taste.

THE BYRDS - Ballad Of Easy Rider. Really good album, which is more than I can say for the movie.

    What's Spinning Tonight?

Facten got me thinking about Melody Gardot. For some reason, her look reminds me of the episode of Fawlty Towers (The Anniversary) where Polly dresses as Cybil.

Strange Days is amazing. You’ll never hear it on US radio. Riders on the storm ad nauseum. Soft Parade is fantastic, tambien.

    What's Spinning Tonight?

I saw him in concert in Glasgow, 1980. I think that he was a lot less popular, so he allowed us to use our ticket to see him the next night. A different kinda music was exploding at that time.

    What's Spinning Tonight?

The Teardrop Explodes Wilder. No idea why they were so unpopular in the U.S., but they were really popular in the U.K.

    What's Spinning Tonight?

Frederic Chopin's Nocturnes, as interpreted by Maurizio Pollini. Kinda dreamy, at times.
