    If you mean the JBLs? The review said they were for commercial theaters, they might be shallow with respect to their other dimensions, 11" is the narrowest dimension and they're 85 lbs each. They also have no protective grill and I have 2 dogs.

    I watched a review and it made me want them but they're not quite right for me. In a bigger room or with a bigger screen maybe. Thanks though. Looks like I can forget about a consensus :)

    They look the business but because of placement in the living room, they'd be better as studio monitors - and I have a studio. Thanks!

    Thanks, I'll have to look them up. The room is 20 x 20, the music is rock and it's loud. I owned Magnaplanars once but I didn't know they were sensitive to UV light and the morning sun passing across the room ruined them. That doesn't mean I wouldn't buy them again, it means I'll probably RTFM...

    I'm hoping for a consensus because I won't be able to hear them. I'm in Baja 900 miles from the US border and I won't be able to make the trip. I've been looking at Goldenear Triton 3's or Martin Logan Electromotion but I've never owned anything good so I haven't a clue. The Tritons have 800...
