Hello, I am trying to find an affordable tube preamp or DI that can handle the higher heater current of an E80CC tube? The 12BH7 has pretty much the same specs, but I can't find any preamp or DI out there that specifically allows for that tube either. I want to use this for recording, and like the sound of this tube. But I just don't have a device that can use it (at least right now). Does anyone have any thoughts or experience that can help me?
