as far as the Power Plate, could you give me a little bit of info on why you are negative on it. my wife use to use a 'rebounder' trampoline and liked it's effect on how she felt. she has some leg and foot problems that restrict her ability to exercise and thinks that the Power Plate can have a positive effect on therapy and recovery times.
