Anyone have live contact with Krell lately?

I have a couple of friends with Krell equipment and they have not been able to reach anyone at Krell. I heard the owner Rondi, passed away but, no information on if they are open for business.

Just read an article in the currennt on-line issue of Stereophile: Dan D'Agostino has passed away and Krell is closed temporarily. They are making good progress towards re-opening and continuing Dan's legacy. Best wishes to Krell.

I don’t believe that you have your facts straight regarding Dan D’Agostino/Krell. Hopefully someone who knows first hand can clarify.

Article reads; "We have made significant progress over the past weeks in our efforts to resume operations," Wil Buhler wrote in a letter. "Following the recent passing of our beloved leader, Rondi D’Agostino, ... we are still in the midst of the ongoing probate process, which is taking slightly longer than initially anticipated. Please be assured that we are doing everything within our power to expedite this process. We are confident that we will be able to complete it very shortly and resume full operations soon after."
So the deceased is "Rondi D'Agostino. Not Dan. Sorry Dan and,again, best wishes to Krell.
