What are they?
Great question! According to their website:

BUILT ON THE FOUNDATION OF OUR CORE TECHNOLOGY, THE 1X SERIES SPECIFICALLY ADDRESS LEVELS OF ELECTRONIC INDUCED NOISES EMITED BY POPULAR INTEGRATED AV RECEIVERS, PROCESSORS, STREAMING DEVICES, ACTIVE SPEAKERS AND OTHER SIMILAR PRODUCTS.

THE FORMULATION UTILIZED IN CREATING THE 1X IS RELATIVE TO WHAT IT IS COMBATTING. IN OTHER WORDS, THE 1X SERIES IS MADE TO CONTROL DISTINCT LEVELS OF ELECTROMAGNETIC INTERFERENCE PRESENT WITHIN SPECIFIC TYPES OF EQUIPMENT.

They will be at the Axpona Show in the million dollar plus Vitus Audio / Estelon room.

Carbon Fiber absorbs and attenuates Radio Frequency radiation between 3 kHz and 300 GHz. Thus adding CF plates “may“ help with the audio quality….

I’m going to experiment with some CF plates a friend located on Amazon. I’m going to get some for the rack shelves and components. The Amazon vender will custom cut each plate. It’s an economical experiment.

Late response.
While visiting the Pacific Northwest Audio Show today I spent some time in the Audio Realignment Technologies room. Being open minded I listened to the demonstration several times. Nice exhibitors but more importantly this product is highly effective. The demonstration of the Electromagnetic Treatments units was easy to hear in a very good way. The audio gear used was very high end.
The units I saw were rectangular about four inches by six or seven maybe 3/8 inch thick. Surprisingly heavy for their size.

Pros: Immediate positive improvement. Sound was more natural and musical for lack of better words. Piano sound changed significantly from a recording to sounding real and live in the room. All grain, hardness, sharpness were removed more detail probably due to less background noise. Organic and musical, I don't have the sophisticated words to explain. Others in the room were clearly impressed.

Cons: The units are not cheap (to my modest budget). One each unit was placed on each piece of gear and a unit on (a clam shell) and below each speaker. They come in a number of prices with corresponding levels of effectiveness. I do not know the costs. I think a higher level was demonstrated but not 100% sure.

Conclusion, if you have the budget for an effective easy to use improvement I would highly recommend them in your home system. Beware, if you do try them you likely will not want to return them! :)

Please know I am not in any way connected with any audio sales or manufacture just an older guy who loves music. I'll be returning to the show later this evening just may ask for some units to try at home.

I heard them demoed. They work. Very well.
RFI EMI generated by power supplies are a target of the plates. Then their boxes addressed speaker and power cables.
When the devices were removed the previously good system sounded relatively flat and lifeless.
I’m not an engineer qualified to explain how they work, just a hobbyist who could hear their impact.
