I recently had a great experience in dealing with Greg Christensen, head of Audio Research Service and Customer Support, and their Tech team. They fixed the screen display on my ARC Reference 10 Phono , replaced a few parts, and thoroughly checked out the unit including conducting listening test.

My first phone call to ARC was answered promptly. The return authorization process was easy to follow. As soon as my phono amp arrived at ARC, they notified me, opened a ticket, and sent me a picture of a tube that had been damaged in shipping. My problem was easy to fix, and they turned it around in only a few days. I received a follow-up e-mail from Greg with UPS tracking information and answers to questions I had. The return package included tested, new tubes, including better packaging for them . This phono preamp was not under warranty, but repair charges were very reasonable.

It's not easy to get electronics fixed these days. I couldn't have gotten better, more professional service, and am a happy customer. My best to Greg, the techs, and everyone who works there!

Agreed—I got terrific service from Greg when I got my preamp factory modified. Great service and experience.

Audio Research promptly returns emails and they ACTUALLY pick up the phone! Greg is a nice guy to boot.
