Bad Travel Advice

Anybody read the article in USA today about the problem the Chinese have with people littering? It was pretty amazing. I thought we had one too many hillbillies in the U.S. that thinks it's OK to drive down the street and heave your trash out the window. The picture that was actually in the newspaper has been cropped here. The entire floor of that McDonalds was one giant trash pit. It is amazing that people would actually sit in all of that filth.
