Hmm, I tried that and it never switched to High. I’ll try again.

What do the blinking Low and High settings mean? I can’t seem to pick Low.
Let me know if the blinking stops after disconnecting the green bias cable...

Green Bias may be different in your amp? Mephisto Green bias only works between medium and high...

Mine doesn't blink. Will it stay in medium bias? Another option ( I don't use the green bias cable ) disconnect the green bias cable and do as I. For listening say 35-43 on the pandora leave it in medium, if you are cranking it up beyond that manually switch to High Bias...
Well, the Low option blinks and the High stays steady. Medium does not appear.

Yes, the amp will stay in Medium.

I think your approach is the one I will adopt. I don’t see any use for this cable.

I rarely go over 43.

I tried once again to make the amp switch from Medium to High bias by setting the volume to 50.

Nope.

I disconnected the Green Bias cable. The menu setting still shows High selected and Low blinking.

I suppose I can conclude that Green Bias isn’t working properly.
