Maybe clarify the description of the set up. a biwire setup needs 4 channels of amplification. A dart 108 is only 2 channels. detail how the amp(s) are connected to the speakers and how the REL is connected.

NHB-108 model one Version B - Absolute Sounds https://absolutesounds.com/pdf/main/brochures/358_manual.pdf Is it possible your speakers' impedance is outside the default range? Take a look at sections 4.2 and 5.3 to see if that may help.
