Dexter Season Six Trailer

As stated previously this series was in my top 3 last year and finally season 6 starts with Dexter at his best, being a Serial Killer and ridding Miami of all the vermin that escapes the law.

This series as well will keep you on the edge of your seat and I am expecting big things again this year. Highly recommended. On Showtime. Starts October 2nd

This show continues to startle and thrill viewers with its macabre story of Dexter a forensic blood spatter expert working for the Miami Dade Police department by day and a serial killer by night when he eliminates those murderers who have escaped the long arm of the law as they reach his "killing table"

The story will keep you on the edge of your seat, make your heart pound and at the end of each episode and leave you wanting more

Season 6 once again has the serial killer throughout each episode that Dexter is hunting as well as each episode having another killer that meets his fate at Dexter's hands. This season promises to be every bit as good as two seasons ago when the season serial killer was played by John Lithgow. This year's killer is played by Edward James Olmos (who already is starting to creep you out)with his younger apprentice who does all of the dirty work. This show still remains in my top 3 and I fully expect it to be nominated again for Best Drama in night time Emmies with Michael C Hall being nominated for Best Actor in a Drama. Unfortunately my prediction is that the show and Michael C Hall will lose out to Boardwalk Empire and Steve Buscemi

Well Season 6 ended this past weekend and what a cliff hanger

For those who follow Dexter as do I, it was my feeling that season 6 was somewhat disappointing and that each episode was seeming somewhat contrived until the last 10 seconds of the final episode. While not giving anything away it will have faithful followers of the series begging for more and the start of Season 7

Dexter during this past season has been struggling with his "dark passenger" as well as trying to balance his life as a father to Harrison while his half sister Deb who is now police Lieutenant in Miami Homicide struggles with her feelings for Dexter as she reveals them to her shrink

Initially when I saw this I asked myself,"where is this going?" Well the final 10 seconds of season 6 will have you biting your finger nails

Enough said, bring on Season 7
