Some months ago I added Sean Jacobs’ DC4/AR6 LPS to my DAVE and found it utterly amazing. Well (and surprisingly) worth the price.

Can anyone report on a Farad, SJ, or similar LPS upgrade to the M Scaler? I had a Teddy Pardo, but couldn’t discern any difference from M Scaler’s stock SMPS. This was after I’d added the DC4 to the DAVE so I may have maxed out any improvements in the DAVE/HMS chain.

At one point, I had 4 Farad Super 3s in my system using custom built DC cables to power various network devices. There was a significant uptick in quality when I added a Sean Jacobs LPS. I've since upgraded that to a Sean Jacobs ARC6 and not looked back.

SJ is way better. Do you have Wavestorm cables?

Yes, I can vouch 100% the High Fidelity Wave STORM digital cables with BNC connections are a MUST with the Chord DAVE and Chord M Scaler or Chord Blu (MK2 with in-built M Scaler or a MK1 modified with an M Scaler like the MK2) !
