How to build a speaker cable

I only made it through the first 2 minutes, but that was enough!

My thoughts:

a] with a only 4 foot speaker cable, almost anything is acceptable.
b] two 22AWG wires are equal to a 19AWG wire, that's very small for a longer run.
c] the size of the wire(AWG) is much more about the length and the impedance of the speakers, than the amplifier power.
d] all four wires should be twisted together, in a star-quad arrangement.
