So, it's on the margins of impossible for a designer to go to a high tech, aerospace, etc, company, and commission a motor that can
1- sufficiently drive a 200lb platter, and
2- do it to let's say +/- 0.05% speed accuracy, and
3- achieve this w close to zero noise transmission?
