Well, the word is out for the latest Ianus: welcome Essentia!

40 Watt (8 ohm) of pure Class A using Aries Cerat's proprietary Triodefet technology in a single ended AND single stage design! A true best of both (tube, ss) worlds while being neither of both!

More explanation to be found here: http://aries-cerat.eu/products/amplifiers/ianus-series/essentia
Availability by the end of 2020. I already have two pairs on order, including the TVC for maximum compatibility, bien sûr :)

I got the prices from my distributor, way too expensive sorry.
hi thieliste, note there are two models of the Ianus, the Geminae and the Essentia.
The Geminae is an end game amplifier, designed to not be the limiting factor in ANY system, the design and its specifications are on par with the price effectively.
However, there is also the Essentia model that will be released by end of 2020 that is a slightly different design being single stage and single ended with a more modest 40W power (though equally in pure class A without switching!) that will cost less than the mephisto you seem to ambition in your signature.
Just to be sure you are informed with all options because the link above connects to the Geminae model. Thanks
