They were as one. They visited me in Manhattan around 20 years ago. We had a mutual admiration at the time for Avantgarde speakers. They were two of the nicest and coolest human beings that I've ever met. We stayed in touch over the years and saw each other at a few shows. They simply were wonderful and we all were graced by their presence here on earth. They are together forever.

Very sad indeed. These two were one of the reasons I decided to buy my Avantgardes.

I first met them some 15 years ago when they visited Audio Video Show in Warsaw. They have been returning every year since.

They were a lovely couple, with absolute integrity and a passion for music. They will be greatly missed.

I have to add as I was a bit shocked yesterday, Marja and Henk seemed so different to me vs almost everyone I ever meet. They were both super intelligent. They were egoless. They were always engaging and interesting. They were actually a bit magical to me. Their interest and love of audio was endless. They were really special and I celebrate the beautiful life that they led. We all should be so lucky.

Although fellow countrymen I never met nor spoke with this couple. That said, this is such a moving (love) story! In times of increasing polarization it is reassuring to know that real love still exists in our world . May they both Rest In Peace.
