New INNUOS STREAM SERIES launched at AXPONA:

I am wondering how their SQ is in comparison to the PULSE SERIES...

Someone mentioned on the Innuos Forum:
"Why is the Pulse series still there? Are not the Stream 1 and 3 covering the same ground in their storage-less versions and more flexible for the future? Just curious to understand the new positioning."

Did anyone find prices about Stream1 and Stream3?
Thanks

Sounds like they put a computer in a box and left out the storage SSD to reduce costs.

The new Stream series has left me to question the future of the Pulse range?
From my gut feeling I would say the Pulse range will be discontinued as well in due time

I agree. But it seems like it’s only been available for 5 mins
Yes, as I mentioned on another thread it doesn't make sense to separate between "server" and "streamer".
A server without storage is a streamer. And the customers can decide what they prefer

I’m an Innuos Statement owner but I feel that they are in danger of having too many products that seem to overlap each other.

+1
IMO, it was a somewhat short-sighted policy to create the Pulse Series. They have to many products with different power supplies which is confusing for customers.

Did anyone compare the Innuos Statement to Aurender?

Sorry my mistake. I’ve been looking at the Innous website and the Pulse range has been discontinued and replaced by the new Stream series. This simplifies the brand somewhat but it seems strange that the Pulse range has had such a short lifespan. I wonder how long we have to wait for a new Statement?

At AXPONA 2025 Nuno, the founder of Innuos, had me sit down and compare the new Zenith NextGen to the new Stream 3. I heard a material difference.

The Zenith NextGen was noticeably more energetic, alive and dynamic. The Stream 3 sounded a bit less energetic and sounded smoother. Even though I generally prefer smooth, I really preferred the Zenith NextGen!

It looks like the Pulse range has been taken back out of the discontinued list on the Innous website?

Innuos:
"This was actually pre-scheduled for PULSE into discontinued after Stream was announced and when the 20% Multiroom offer expired on the 15th. However, we do have some stock remaining so for now are keeping it active. However, this is the final remaining stock which is finite, so when its gone it will be fully moved to discontinued like Mk3 is (of which there is zero stock and is totally unavailable).
The PULSE series remains a good option as an endpoint especially, and in particular the PULSEmini at its price point, but yes in essence it will not be renewed or continued as Stream series can indeed fill this role thanks to its modular design."

Innuos:
"In Euros, Stream1 starts at €2250 and Stream3 starts at €5800 (storage and modules, if needed, would be added to this).
LPS1 will be €1150 but we will be carrying on the 'bundle' scheme like we used to have with the ZENmini and LPSU, so becomes €920 if bought with Stream1."
