I had several sets of them back then and even kept one of the Power Blocks until a few years ago as a reminder of all the shit purchases I made reading Pearson’s Absolute Sound! Did you buy their stupid clock?

Problem dear David,if we had a lot of old good products,it means we are becoming old,and i am jealous of all former here are younger than us

I bought just the Power Block back then, and it served me well until a few years ago. This was the only power conditioner at the time that did not restrict dynamics. It has been said that in the meantime there are more power conditioners that do not restrict dynamics, but so far I have been mostly disappointed. The old problems persist. Currently I don't use a power conditioner and just stock non-audiophile power cords; my system has never sounded better.
