thx to find the balance between living room and good sounding is the challenge .. but it works. i have done acoustic analysis and accordingly worked on room tuning and line up of the gear..

Similar problem here. My system is in the Great Room. Space is limited. Finding balance is definitely a challenge. But you did exceptionally well. It’s very nice looking. I use to have B&W 802s in cherry. For their day they were good. But B&W has upped their game since I purchased mine some 20 years back or so. Your system must sound amazing with so much better of a speaker.

The older 802's were great buys for people with DIY skills - just re-orienting the coils axes and upgrading the passives resulted in a much better sounding speaker. The octagonal head model I owned - 802 matrix I think - had high impedance and was a great match with Audio Research and Atmasphere OTL's.
