Neotech 3200 power cable

I have the Neotech 3200G power cord (bulk)
there’s no mark or arrow for the direction.
on one side there’s a red scotch tape and other side with black .
any idea?
 
Generally the direction of the printed text is your guide.

If I where to make a guess it may be 50/50 right/wrong. I would ask the vendor.

I have this cable but not throughout my system and recall it was fun to wire up and may have had to do this twice and settled on the other end.
 
Ive build a few power cords with Neotech 3200. They come none directional and become directional as you burn them in. not a problem because the connectors dont let you use them the other way around. for speaker, you need to mark one of the ends and use it alwys on the same direction.
