That thought crossed my mind - but what team would want him at this point.
He had problems in Boston and now problems in Dallas.
Maybe Kobe can bring him around. If I was Mitch Kupchak I'd have to think long and hard about investing in Rondo.

He's proving to be an uncontrollable player. Good luck to Byron if that happens.
I read he went to foul trouble too, among other troubles.
Rockets playing strong. Not surprising. They've got a good lineup and are actually missing a good players in Patrick Beverly and a hard to pronounce name. Mchale is proving he can coach.

Quietly, the Wizards have a 2-0 lead over the Raptors, winning 2 on the road. I hope to see a Cleveland series with them as John Wall and Kyrie Irving will show who is the best PG, in the East. Wizards doing a Doc Rivers tactic, soaking their first 5 with 35 or more minutes. Beal and Wall can take it. Report: Rajon Rondo Not Expected To Attract Any Max Contract Offers
Even before Rajon Rondo was shipped out of Boston in December, it was expected that he’d pursue a maximum contract somewhere when he hits NBA free agency at this season’s end. Now, it seems unlikely the former Celtic will find what he’s looking for. While Rondo said just last month that he’d be open to re-signing with the Dallas Mavericks, that scenario becomes more unlikely by the day. The point guard was benched Tuesday during Game 2 of Dallas’ first-round playoff series against the Houston Rockets, and Yahoo! Sports’ Adrian Wojnarowski reported Wednesday that Rondo only will stay with the Mavs if coach Rick Carlisle is ousted. So, that means the Los Angeles Lakers probably are Rondo’s best shot at a max contract, right? Wrong. Rondo’s worsening attitude in Dallas, combined with the fact that his play has declined since he tore his ACL midway through the 2012-13, has all but ruined his chances at a big payday next season, Wojnarowski reported. Apparently, “there are no max contract offers for Rondo on the market.” Rondo could be a pain in Boston, but it’s clear Dallas is a terrible fit. However, Rondo certainly isn’t helping the situation, and if he can’t find somewhere suitable next season, the 29-year-old easily could ruin his chances at cashing in.

He can't seem to grasp the statement that the coach is the boss. Well, there were a few like him before.
Epic game, Missed the game but saw the highlights. Blake had a good game until the 2 turnovers. Patty Mills is just incredible. Ice in his blood. He killed the Heat last year and he killed the Clippers too yesterday. Duncan should be on top of the list for the best 'old man' ever to play the game.
Am not a fan of watching hack a Jordan or hack a somebody. Robs a team of play call concentration or momentum to get possessions. Oh well, it's part of the rules but I believe the over the limit penalty wasn't designed for such thing. Am surprised that Pop is a practitioner.

I watched the game. Spurs are playing their game but I too find the game disrupting with the hack a Jordan. Duncan was good while Manu and Parker were ineffective
