audio shows are always funny , you bust your butt to get everything working, make the room look presentable and then wait for the system to settle down as you tune it. Then comes Sunday where it always sounds it’s best, the crowds are smaller and it’s time to pack it up

Divin Comtesse in the sound room getting some playing time to burn them in fully
Sound damn good just dropped in place

As I sit and listen to the Comtesse , even sitting where they are, and other speakers next to them , they are really enjoyable to listen to. They sound like Divin , they sound better here in my room than at Capfest and of course have hours on them and a really sound room. I am truly impressed by how good they are in such a small package. I’ve been playing them with and without the subs and they are most likely to far away from the rear wall but right now I don’t have the choice. I don’t want to tear apart the big system as I have a few upcoming appointments but even as pictured I think some one hearing this would be amazed.

I know this is far from a perfect setup and in reality would never be placed like this in any home however these Comtesse are truly amazing in their ability to bring you into the music. They have the OLiver Gobel DNA that all of his speakers have and that is they get the heck out of the way and let the muisc play. These are truly too good :)

We are happy to share some great news:

Dirk Sommer, the worldwide renown chief editor of the audiophile magazine hifistatement.net wrote a raving review about our Divin Comtesse loudspeakers.

As the review is in German language, we quickly translated with google a few of his statements in English language:

- In terms of timbre, dynamics, resolution and spatial representation, the Comtesse left nothing to be desired.

- I was particularly amazed by how much bigger the Comtesse sounds than it is: it is easy for the Divin to reproduce sound events even above its housing.

- ... but fascinates at every second – not least thanks to the speed, strength of tone and bass ability of the Comtesse.

- The Comtesse also shines with an even more solid bass foundation and a seductive voice reproduction ...

- … the Comtesse is – and will probably remain – our new dream speaker.

- Highly recommended!
