Salvaged system destined for scrap

I picked up this system that was being send to bin and since I don't have any knowledge in this matters I would just like to ask
if it was worth the time to clean it, fix some wiring and fix the CD unit. I planed to use it in workshop and for nostalgic reason to maybe have a tape unit.
I still have to fix tape unit and one speaker is not OK. Probably speakers are not the right fit for this unit.

- Sony Tuner ST-SE520
- Sony Cassette Deck TC-WE435
- Sony Disk Player CDP-XE530
- amplifier that I don't know

If you find value in the sound/sonics of these components then keep them. If not then move on.

To be sure there's no perfect sound system and of course there's always better components to be found.

Just my opinions.

I was hopping that somebody could say for example Cassette Deck is low low end and Disk Player is low mid range or something like that.

I know it's not much as I was just rescuing it from being trash.

Your description sounds “bin worthy” to me. If you are very patient and don’t mind running down cul de sacs or wasting small amounts of money, go for it. In the end you will have saved something from the landfill at best, and delayed its landfill eta at worst.

The FM tuner, cassette player, and cd player are each worth around 50-100$ at most on the used market.
No idea about the SEA gear underneath. The brand is from Slovenia:

So it's OK for nostalgic reasons to play some tapes and to fill the space in workshop!
