Samsara

This Ron Flicke film, shot in 70mm & prepared for Blu-ray via "8K" scanning, looks amazing and also carries some very interesting subject material. We found ourselves hypnotized while watching.

This is a definite buy for me. I loved Baraka and from the clips I saw of Samsara it's another great piece of filmmaking.

And only $6.00 for a show before noon!

I saw this at a local theater and was pretty wowed. I think this is the best film yet in the genre (the dialogue-free visual documentary).
