A bipartisan bill proposed in the U.S. Senate requires any individual or defense contractor that has in their possession "material or information . . . relating to unidentified anomalous phenomena that formerly or currently is protected by any form of special access or restricted access shall"

-- within 60 days notify of such possession, and

-- within 180 days "make available all such material and information" and provide a "comprehensive list of all non-earth origin or exotic unidentified anomalous phenomena material."

The proposed bill makes clear that disclosure must occur even if the material or information is protected by a special access program, and there is explicit immunity from any prosecution arising from compliance with the disclosure requirement.

What if it turns out the big energy companies were/ are against full disclosure all along , as to not lose energy dominance

Saudi arabia / Aramco , Exxon ,Shell , Chevron would be bankrupt overnight if a small block of duplicated " Element 115 " could power a whole country.
There are many powerfull entities in the world who want the status quo just as it is

After reading a lot about it , i think we can conclude there is a whole new world of physics we never knew about

No doubt about the physics part. There is a ton we have no clue about I am sure. I bet the alien stereos and Atmos rigs are great too, I can’t wait for the golf clubs made from Unobtanium. I think I need those to shoot under 85.

If you read about available " evidence " on the net , apparently their ships are an extension of consciousness.
Their ships become an extension of their minds and move at will.
And they seem to be telepathic as well

From what i read is that figuring out how the power source works is where no real progress has been made so far.

I had a neighbor who worked in the defense industry who would be whisked away to present updates on new weapons he was working on. He had top clearance and testifies before closed door congressional hearings. He is long gone now so I talk about it, I asked him years ago about Roswell. He looked at me with a stern face, said there is something to it and to NEVER ask him about it again. I have since been told by a retired military guy I know that yes, UFOs are real and not from here. All he would say. That is good enough for me.

.........to notify Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick, director of the Pentagon’s new All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), within 60 days of the bill’s enactment.

I was reading the opening post and had no idea who this "director" they would be reporting to was, now I know.

Section 1104 has no teeth in my opinion because no penalties are stated, no fines and no legal procedures or court jurisdictions implied. Would non-compliance be prosecuted under contempt of Congress?

Link to document, it is the last Section FYI.

(3) DIRECTOR.—The term “Director” means the Director of the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office.

In the below link, explanation covering AARO.

Pentagon’s UFO office now investigating more than 650 cases of ‘unidentified anomalous phenomena’

Despite some apparent bureaucratic holdups, the Pentagon’s nascent All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) is working to strengthen data collection and intelligence analysis capabilities, standardize government reporting requirements, and introduce new digital tools to engage the public on its complex investigation into unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP) as its caseload grows.

“ARRO is leading a focused effort to better characterize, understand and attribute UAP — with priority given the UAP reports by [Defense Department and intelligence community] personnel, in or near areas of national security importance,” Director Sean Kirkpatrick told lawmakers during a Senate Armed Services subcommittee hearing on Wednesday.

I used to reverse engineer foreign high performance aircraft in pink bldg/no windows, at the same time worked right down the street from Air Force office of UFO investigation, Blue Book. I was also taking a graduate course at local U, Aerodynamics of Reentry Vehicles. Coincidence?

It fascinates me that after managing practical interstellar travel aliens seem to crash on earth so easily and frequently.

"According to the NHTSA, more than half of auto accidents that cause serious injury or death occur within 25 miles of home. Furthermore, around 52 percent of accidents occur within five miles of home."

Maybe their flying gets sloppy as they get close to home? :D

They could be drones/probes. Remote control can be rather tricky from several light years away. Or from a Mothership.
I assume the tic-tacs are not "manned."
