If it has any hope of reaching the size and professionality of previous THE Shows, it will not be able to remain in the same hotel.
As already pointed out, any good audio show needs large rooms for big systems (like Von Schweikert, MBL, large Wilsons, or large Martin Logans) and will also need a much larger space for record vendors, headphones, etc.
