Soulution 325 Preamp

Hello,

I have a D'Agostino S200 stereo amp...I have the opportunity to trade a piece of equipment evenly for a Soulution 325 preamp. I need a preamp...anyone with some experience with the 325 and/or this combination? Curiously, I have found only one review on the 325.

You should check if they output/input sensitivity between the two match.

I have heard the 325 albeit in a friend's system -- not mine. It drove a big Boulder amp, itself powering Wilson W-P 6 speakers. It had an onboard phono and we listened to both analogue & digital.
I liked the clarity and high level of resolution; said Boulder is not the ultimate in resolution so I cannot tell you how deep the pre digs in reproducing the incoming signal, but the overall result was very pleasant and immersive.
Sorry for the generalities... my overall takeaway was, this is a very good pre and the phono was no slouch either (the big EAR was better, though).

I called two Soulution dealers who both confirmed it will pair nicely with the DAG.
