Speaker connection and crossover question

I recently acquired these speaker panels. My question is what kind of connector is this? (Pic attached). Also where is the crossover? Since this is the tweeter array I'm assuming there should be a separate bass unit. I just want to hook up and listen and test out. What else will I need to do this? Thanks
