Triode Wire Labs is proud to be on Stereophile's Recommended Components list again!!! A huge Thank You to Herb Reichert & Ken Micallef!!!

Triode Wire Labs Digital American II Digital AC cord: $549 up to 5'

The High Power Digital American power cord was reportedly designed for power amps, power regenerators, power conditioners, and power bars: a theme emerges. Nevertheless, HR began his time with Triode Wire's cord by using it with digital source components, including his Schiit Audio Yggdrasil D/A processor, and was impressed: "I was surprised to hear more even more vigor, more distinctly drawn images, and a lot more physicality." A few days later he reinstated the Schiit's own stock cord, but after playing only two CDs "became impatient" and went back to the Triode Wire Labs. That said, when he tried the Digital American with his Pass Labs solid state amp, he found the improvement less remarkable than with the more expensive AudioQuest Storm Tornado cord. (Vol.41 No.8 WWW)

Cheers,
Pete

I don’t believe anything in these magazines. They exist only to sell ads and you never get a bad review if it’s from an advertiser. Pure fraud at work especially with insanely overpriced cables.

First off, Triode Wire Labs has not advertised with Stereophile!

I originally met Herb Reichert and Ken Micallef at an audio show... I believe it was Capital AudioFest... They were so sonically impressed with our room that they asked about all the equipment (Volti Audio horn loudspeakers, BorderPatrol amp & DAC) including my Triode Wire Labs cables. I ended up having both Herb & Ken listen to my cables and they were very impressed. They still use my cables in their personal systems as references...

What's with the negative waves, Tascam? Negative waves!

If you have ever met or conversed with Herb or Ken, you would immediately consider them honest gentlemen... no BS here!

Triode WIre Labs prides itself in "Affordable Audiophile Cables"...

Cheers,
Pete

Happy Holidays to. all. I'm only just seeing this thread as I was looking to send a pM to Pete to order another of his cables. Ive been using Pete's cables for years. They are outstanding build and quality and for the price IMHO cannot be beaten

I only recently procured a couple of Triode Wire Labs cables - Spirit 2 RCA interconnects for between the Modwright Elysee DAC and Ayon Spirit 2 integrated amp in my 2nd system; and a Spirit 2 Phono Cable for my modest analog rig (Music Hall Stealth TT & Clearaudio Smart Phono V2) that I recently added to my main system. From my perspective Steve's comment is spot on. The build quality, SQ delivered and price , coupled with Pete's 1st rate customer service and you get more than what you paid for.
