Hi, this is a question for those who know the CH M1.1.
When mine is heating up, starting at 34/35 degrees Celsius, from time to time, with a difference of minutes, it makes small metallic noises like metal adjusting to the temperature. The "clicks" usually coincide when it goes up a degree. They are only audible if there is no music or if I listen at night at a low volume. Has anyone else noticed this? I have my amp 4 meters away.

My M10's can exhibit this sound a time or two as they go from 18ºC to ~48ºC or higher during a day's use. It's thermal expansion making something mechanically adjust. I've heard sounds similar to this on other amps through the years, and it is just a momentary "ping". I've never worried about it.

I have heard this in my M1.1. It is not present when the amp is turned off by the rear power switch , not present when the power switch is on , but starts the pinging when it is turned on and it heats up. Also present when it cools
Down.

We “Pingers “ have written in , but how about M1.1 and M10 owners who have not heard this ? Wondering how common it is ?

Thanks in advance !
