Hello!

First, I am not really an audiophile, just a guy who can spot crappy sound, not much more. Please be kind if you think the gear I own is crap!

I have two defective amps: a NAD 705 and a Technics SA 5360.

Any opinion on which I should have repaired?

I mainly listen to folk music and related genres (some rock, jazz...), mostly on CDs and a bluetooth device. I have a pair of Paradigm 3se mini and a Cambridge audio CD player.

I used the NAD for many years, I liked the sound. The Technics sat in my basement, I took it out when my NAD broke, and sadly, it is defective too.

I dropped both amps in a repair shop, I will have an estimate on both in a few days.

Any thoughs?

Thanks!
