We went to see The Greatest Showman today. I enjoyed the movie but me wife loved it, especially since she really likes musicals.
Hugh Jackman was outstanding as PT Barnum and demonstrated again that he is a very good song and dance man as well as actor.
I thought Michelle Williams was great as Charity Barnum. My wife had to remind me that she is Heath Ledger's widow.
Rebecca Ferguson also did a good job with the Jenny Lind role and my wife noted she is Swedish and my wife is of Swedish descent as well.
If it sounds like my wife encouraged me to go to this film you would be correct. However, I did enjoy it much more than I thought going in.
