What's with the predominance of 60-70's TV music from my childhood??? Some of the posters here are really dating yourselves- LOL!
Some pandemic can do that to some; going back in time to those nostalgic years of TV watching when we were just kids. The Pink Panther was my favorite back then.
Mission: Impossible was right there among my favs. ...60s, 70s.
And of course True Blood for one of my recent favs.

A young one you are. Listen to them, they are real musicians jamming, not this mood synth stuff of today. We actually liked the intros.
Listen to Barny Miller in my OP, so tight heavy on the funk. Sanford and son is Quincy Jones.
Back then theme music made radio play routinely. I have Rockford Files on a 45 single.
The theme song from the 1968-70 television show: The Ghost and Mrs Muir composed by one Dave Grusin broke the mould as it contained two themes starting off with one doing segue to the second and returning to the first. When folks are reminded of the theme who are of a certain age, a good number cannot remember/hum the second
