Very impressed with Gryphon and their dealer in Greece Audio Soul Ultra.
Last Wednesday my Pandora preamp, after 13 months of flawless performance presented an issue with the power supply, although Gryphon equipment is coming with five years warranty, I worried a bit.
A phone call and an email was sent to the Greek dealer who had forwarded it to Gryphon. An hour later, Niels Madsen (Gryphon Service Manager) had identified the issue and the parts were shipped same day. 24 hours later they were delivered and installed....amazing!
