In Munich with Soulution electronics they sounded bright and shiny without powerful bass.
B it would be good/great if you could sit in your car - do 20km drive and hear them in their proper setup - not crappy MUC place and form a realistic view how they perform. Which I did BTW and my drive is 200km one way
All but bright and without bass ;)

"bright and shiny without powerful bass"
those are the characteristics of Soulution.

Ping Florian..his huge demo room is literally 15/20min drive from Basel. Except Auditoriums are now on review with Roy Gregory and being back in few weeks as he told me. If you need his cell to arrange, ping me and I'll give it to you.

I've been of course - thats why I'm telling you to go.
But since, he got new pre and phono pre from Soulution and tape as well, so all is top notch. If my room would be of normal dimensions, I would have ordered Minuete long time ago but as I don't have sufficient space from the back wall i can't...still we agreed to try once he gets demo pair of Minuete during the year.

Yes, I understand this. While not completely similar, I heard the Minuets in two different, but the same sized room. Speakers were positioned the same. One room had Constellation equipment, the other Hegel. One room was bright and etched to me ( Constellation) the other, much preferable(Hegel). Better integrated midrange and bass.

As a former Apogee owner...electronics matter...a lot.
