Tara labs used to have pretty much coverage in audio magazines . Lately seems to have fallen off the radar . I suppose that's what happen when the designer is no longer with the Co. Also I noticed that the top model like Zero IC , Cobalt PC & Omega Gold Speaker cables seems to be selling cheap pre owned. Anybody has any experience with these stuff ?

Their website is down, so it looks like they may have gone into administration :-(

theres a co. from the past (i'm not up on the latest cables). who can forget Olsher's rave review in stereophile all those years ago. solid core "austrailan" copper jacketed in something with the finished appearance of ordinary romex. it was dirt cheap back then (relatively speaking) but still seemed overpriced. I think I laughed when I first saw it, it put doubt in the minds of some that maybe cable doesn't matter.

I'm not really sure what you're trying to say here. Please elaborate.

Where are their products made nowadays? Years ago, I understand, they were raided by the feds for mislabeling products as "Made in the USA"

That was at least 10 years ago. Ancient history in the hobby.

reminiscing. when you've been in a hobby long enough you begin to forget more than you remember, but tara labs sticks out because it was such a hot topic at the time - an ordinary looking solid core speaker wire that was among the best available (per a certain reviewer). it literally was the review that launched a company.
