What on your rack is a Mac?

CD, preamps, power amps, room eq, tuner, scope.

I have a C-1000P pre, a MS-300 server and the MCD-1100 CD/SACD player. I did have a pair of 1.2k amps but those have been replaced by D'Agostino Momentum's.

In the past I have had the 402 & 501 amps, the C-200 pre, the MCD-500 SACD/CD and the MEN-220. All nice products.

And some years ago I owned this beautiful baby, wish I never sold that amp...46.gif

It is easier to show the systems than describe and list all the gear.

jdandy2, the only things spiked are the main speakers in the dedicated room, right?

es347, I have the same Reference rack by Atlantis, never did sand or shot fill the tubes though. Mine has a built-in bubble level in the top shelf.

Dan and es347,

Absolutely beautiful. Very warm and inviting. After all the "high end" gear I've had, I still lust after some McIntosh gear.

No filler here either George. I removed the spikes from the top shelf and use double-sided tape and attached it directly to the stand. I've had it for years and like it a bunch...no plans to replace.

Thanks Joe! :)

...then you need to be sure a few pieces are on your Christmas short list..

Looks like I can get an MC122 for $700 (crosses fingers). I know, it ain't nothing fancy or powerful, but my room is very small at 11x12.

Done deal. it's MINE!

First a new cartridge and now this. The Audio Gods must be smiling down on me this last week! :D

What on my rack is a Mac?

A MacBook Pro of course - radio, CD player, downloader, hard disc source - my only source. :D

Slight update to my McIntosh gear update. Swapped out the MR85 for a MR78 from Audioclassics, and swapped out the MS300 for a MS750.
